TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL

All Institutes has a well equipped Training, Placement and Corporate Relation Cell which is run by experienced professionals. Responsibility of this cell is to prepare technical/communication and other skills, develop confidence and arrange interviews with top notch national and international (MNCs) organization. Organize personality development programs, inviting industries experts for visiting and imparting latest methodologies and techniques with latest information in the campus.

Overview

The Training and Placement Cell in the college arranges campus selection of students, personality development programmes, training for interviews and competitive examinations, industrial training for students, assistance for higher studies in India and abroad, and other career development schemes.

Objectives

The principal objective of the Cell is to enhance the professionalism and employability of the students of the college so as to facilitate the achievement of their career goals.

The Training and Placement Cell of the colleges operate with the active involvement and support of all the staff members and students of the college.
The Cell held periodical meetings to chalk out programmes, guide their implementation and assess their progress and effectiveness.

Training

Lack of soft skills among the job aspirants was pointed out by many, time and again. The Cell, therefore, organized training programmes for developing and improving such skills of the students. Professional training groups active in the country were contracted to carry out these programmes.
